Ghost Announces "Meliora" 10th Anniversary Edition.
Ghost has announced a 10th anniversary edition of their album "Meliora" to celebrate the record's milestone birthday. The special edition will be released on October 17th as a deluxe 15-song double LP, featuring the platinum single "Square Hammer," pressed on colored vinyl. It comes in a double-wide spine jacket and includes a commemorative Papa III Mummy Dust buck. The original album features fan favorites like "He Is," "Mummy Dust," "Spirit," and Grammy-winning "Cirice."

Former Mastodon Guitarist Killed In Motorcycle Accident
Brent Hinds, former lead guitarist and co-founder of heavy metal band Mastodon, was killed in a motorcycle accident in Atlanta at the age of 51. He was riding a Harley Davidson when a BMW SUV driver failed to yield. Hinds co-founded Mastodon in 2000 but left the band earlier this year amid controversy, calling his former bandmates "horrible humans" after his departure. The band posted a heartfelt tribute calling him a "creative force" they had shared triumphs with. Mastodon won a Grammy in 2018 and placed five albums in the Billboard top 20. Hinds was developing guitar pedals and had a European tour planned for later this year.
