It's Football Season: 71% of Us Will Turn Down Plans to Watch Football

Believe it or not, football season is just about to kick into gear.

In a poll, 71% of Americans admit to "skipping, rescheduling, or turning down plans, to watch football." And most plan on watching at home. 69% say they're cutting back on attending games due to rising costs.

61% of people say college football games are more accessible . . . mostly because NFL games aren't affordable. But overall, 60% prefer the NFL . . . while only 20% favor college football.

Of course, watching games at home can be difficult in a DIFFERENT way: Finding what streaming network they're on.

56% of people say they're frustrated by NFL games being exclusive to certain streaming platforms.
