Liam Gallagher Is Banned from Throwing Maracas at Oasis Shows

Liam Gallagher was forced to end his onstage tradition of throwing his maracas and tambourine into the crowd after two fans got injured at recent Oasis shows.

He told a recent crowd, quote, "You don't know how to behave yourselves. You keep pinching each other on your nipples and ears and [effing] [stuff] like that and kneeing each other in the bollocks."

One woman who caught maracas got cuts and bruises after being mobbed by two men who snatched them from her. And at another show, a woman got hit in the head with the maracas and got a big welt on her forehead.

I Prevail Releases New Single "Annihilate Me"

New music’s out from I Prevail. The band just released a hard-hitting new single called “Annihilate Me.” It’s the fourth track from their upcoming album “Violent Nature,” due September 19th on Fearless Records. Lead singer Eric Vanlerberghe says it captures what the band is all about: it’s about opening yourself up again and again, only to get hurt—but still pushing forward, even if that means your own “annihilation.” You can see the lyric video for the new single to the right.

Is Eddie Van Halen's Ghost Visiting All the Van Halen Singers?

A few years back, Sammy Hagar claimed Eddie Van Halen's ghost visited him in a dream . . . and they co-wrote a song. It became "Encore, Thank You, Goodnight", which was released earlier this year.

At the time, Sammy insisted that he wasn't messing around . . . that "Eddie" asked him if he wanted to write a song, and showed him the exact guitar lick.

Now, it's David Lee Roth's turn.

At a show last week, David said that Eddie's ghost visited him while he was watching the weather report. "Eddie" was laughing . . . and he told Dave that he had a secret he HAD to tell him

Eddie's ghost said that the song he gave Hagar . . . was, quote, "just [Iron Butterfly's'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida' . . . backwards." And added, "Don't tell him."

Dave went on, "I laughed. We shared a ghost cigarette, a ghost Marlboro. Not one of those [weak] white ones, but the [Marlboro Reds]." Then they hugged, and Dave asked Eddie to save him a seat in hell.

There's no word when Eddie's ghost plans to visit Gary Cherone.
