Wolfgang Van Halen Says He Had To Back Out Of Sabbath's Final Concert

Wolfgang Van Halen was set to perform at Black Sabbath’s big send‑off concert in Birmingham on July 5th, but he’s now announced that he’s had to back out of the gig. He’ll be with his band Mammoth, opening for Creed, and that tour starts the day after, so he couldn’t swing both. He’s bummed to miss it but plans to watch the show instead. The concert will be the final performance of Black Sabbath’s original lineup, and will also feature big names like Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Tool and more.

Check out Good Charlotte's first single in five years, "Rejects"

Good Charlotte are officially back! The pop-punk kings have just unveiled their brand-new single, Rejects.

The track is taken from the band’s – Joel Madden (vocals), Benji Madden (guitar, vocals), Paul Thomas (bass) and Billy Martin (guitar, keyboards) – forthcoming eighth album Motel Du Cap, which was produced by the double-whammy of Jordan Fish and Zakk Cervini.

Due out on August 8 via Atlantic, the record was inspired by Good Charlotte performing at the titular French location for a friend’s wedding a couple of years back. “It was this wild, once-in-a-lifetime vibe,” Joel explains. “We were just there to celebrate, no pressure, and it reminded us why we started this – pure, unfiltered connection.”
