A doctor in the U.K. is trending because she said MILK is the perfect drink for hot weather.
It's 87% water, but takes longer to digest because of the sugar, protein, and fat. So it keeps you hydrated longer than water does.
It's also got sodium to help your body hold onto the water. Or in other words, it's packed with electrolytes.
If you're vegan or can't drink regular milk, she says soy milk works too.

Blue Bell Returns Fan-Favorite Cookie Cake Ice Cream Flavor
Blue Bell has just announced the return of a fan-favorite ice cream flavor that has been missing from store shelves for a while – Blue Bell Cookie Cake Ice Cream. The flavor was the 2024 runner-up in Blue Bell’s Great Scoop Revival Tournament and It’s a combination of sweet cream ice cream with mixed in chocolate chip cookie cake pieces with swirls of vanilla and chocolate icing.
The return of the flavor has elicited some great response from the internet with one Instagrammer posting “This is my number 1 favorite flavor!! Please keep it around for good!!” Another fan said “Can we get this permanently! Or at least yearly, that’d be much appreciated.”
The Blue Bell Cookie Cake Ice Cream is available for a limited time, so you may need to move fast to grab some at your local retailer.

KFC Brings Back $7 Fill-Ups
KFC is ramping up the summer with the return of its fan-favorite $7 Fill-Ups in partnership with F1: The Movie, which will be showing up in theaters on June 27. There are 4 versions of the Fill-Ups that include a main (fried chicken tenders, or a Famous bowl), mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit, two new pie poppers, and a medium drink. You get all of this for seven bucks.
In addition, we told you previously about the KFC-exclusive Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream that was launched back on June 9. It’s a limited-time “dirty soda” remix of the peach-honey KFC exclusive that adds a vanilla cream swirl.

Arby’s Is Bringing Back Cheesesteaks To The Menu
Arby’s is bringing back a fan-favorite menu item for a limited time only with their Cheesesteaks. Arby’s Cheesesteaks aren’t a duplicate of a classic Philly Cheesesteak, but fans have been waiting for the return of this one.
The Arby’s Cheesesteak features a toasted roll, creamy garlic aioli, diced onions, bell peppers, and American cheese melted on a quarter-pound of thinly-shaved Angus steak. Sorry, but there’s no Cheez Whiz with these! Arby’s has had other cheesesteaks on the menu in the past including the Three Cheese Steak Sandwich and the Ultimate Angus Philly, both of which were also very popular.
