Liquid Death Sold 10 Iced Tea Cans that Contain Ozzy Osbourne's DNA

From 1969 to around 2010, there were probably close to a dozen ways the average person could come in contact with Ozzy Osbourne's DNA. Then age and various ailments clogged that faucet.

But 10 lucky people are getting FRESH batches of Ozzy's genetic material, thanks to Liquid Death. They put 10 empty iced tea cans up for sale that were consumed by Ozzy himself.

They were guaranteed to contain trace amounts of Ozzy's DNA, and came in a container autographed by him personally. They cost $450 each, and not surprisingly, they sold out immediately.

Ozzy isn't afraid of what the buyers might do with his DNA, either. He says, quote, "Clone me, you bastards."

Willie Nelson No Longer Smokes Pot

Father Time catches up to us all. Even Willie Nelson, who at the age of 92 finally stopped smoking pot.

In an interview with "Forbes", he was asked how he stays young out there on the road. And he said, "[I] can't smoke anymore. My lungs have already said, 'Don't do that' . . . So, I don't really do anything now except a few edibles."

Keep in mind, he does still have a line of THC-infused spirits called "Willie's Remedy" . . . So maybe he's just sipping slow on his own stuff.

When asked what makes him happy, Willie said, "I enjoy seeing people get together and forget about everything except music. I think there's a great positive exchange that takes place. We don't care what political affiliation you're with, what color you are, it doesn't matter. If you like music, come on."

Masked Bands Are on the Rise, Including One That Claims to Be from the Future

Ghost and Sleep Token both released albums this year that debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Are masked bands the new thing?

They're not ACTUALLY new. Technically, you can trace them back to the original "theatrical" rock stars like Alice CooperDavid BowieThe Crazy World of Arthur Brown, and KISS.

As far as bands that wore ACTUAL masks, GWAR may have been the first to really break through back in the mid-'80s. In the '90s you had the rise of bands like Slipknot and Mushroomhead.

Then there was Buckethead, who played guitar for Guns N' Roses from 2000 to 2004. His schtick is wearing a plain white mask and a KFC bucket on his head.

Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland is also well known for his crazy stage outfits.

Ghost released their debut album in 2010, and their popularity has exploded since then. And now Sleep Token is enjoying its moment in the sun.

And that brings us to Nova Machina . . . a band that's blowing up on TikTok right now. They have a gimmick on top of the mask thing, which is that they claim to be from the year 2192, and are sending us warnings from the future.
