Diddy Trial Day 12: Former Assistant Of Combs Testifies About "Freak Off" Prep
The Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficking and racketeering trial in New York continued yesterday with jurors hearing from key witnesses. A Homeland Security Investigations agent, Gerald Gannon, showed evidence from Combs’ Miami home, including parts of two AR-15 rifles with scratched-off serial numbers, found near items like baby oil and sex toys used in alleged “freak-off” parties. Prosecutors say Combs used threats and violence to force women into these drug-fueled sex events. They also showed drugs, like pills and powders, found at the house, claiming these made women compliant. George Kaplan, Combs’ former assistant, testified with immunity, describing how he set up hotel rooms for these parties with candles, liquor, and lubricants, and cleaned up afterward to protect Combs from embarrassment. Kaplan will sit for cross-examination by the defense today.

A Guy on Meth Jumped Off a Bridge on a Dare
Classic mom question: "If your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it too?" This guy obviously said "yes."
A 29-year-old man in Vancouver, British Columbia had to be rescued the other day after he jumped off a bridge on a DARE, and got stranded on the side of a river.
Someone called it in. Then a fireboat made contact and gave him a life jacket . . . the Coast Guard had to scramble and pick him up . . . and paramedics took him to a hospital.
Cops talked to him, thinking he might have been trying to off himself, but it turned out he wasn't.
He told them he jumped off the bridge because someone dared him to . . . and the fact that he'd also been doing METH may have been a factor.
They treated him for minor injuries. It's not clear what kind of charges he might be facing.
