Sublime Announces Tribute Album

Sublime has announced an all-star tribute album titled “Look At All The Love We Found: A Tribute to Sublime,” set for release on May 9th. This expanded edition commemorates the 20th anniversary of the original 2005 tribute album, featuring 36 tracks with contributions from artists such as Zac Brown Band, Pennywise, Jack Johnson, and Slightly Stoopid with Stick Figure. The album includes eight previously unreleased tracks, offering fresh interpretations of Sublime's classics. Proceeds from the album will benefit Agape Families, an Oregon-based nonprofit supporting families impacted by incarceration.

Puddle Of Mudd Announces New Album

Puddle of Mudd has announced their upcoming album, “Kiss the Machine,” set for release on May 2nd through Pavement Entertainment. The lead single, "Beautimous," is currently available on all major streaming platforms. It’s the first album from the band since 2023’s “Ubiquitous,” and includes nine songs in total. Fans can also pre-order a limited-edition CD and T-shirt bundle, which includes a signed postcard from frontman Wes Scantlin.

New Pornographers Drummer Arrested; Band Severs All Ties

Joseph Seiders, the drummer for Canadian indie rock band The New Pornographers, was arrested on April 9, 2025, in Palm Desert, California, on multiple charges including possession of child pornography, molestation, and invasion of privacy. The arrest followed reports that he was seen filming an 11-year-old boy in a restroom and subsequently entering and exiting the bathroom with other juvenile males. Authorities served search warrants on Seiders' home, car, and cell phone, uncovering evidence that implicated him in the reported incidents as well as additional crimes. In response to the arrest, The New Pornographers released a statement expressing their shock and dismay, announcing that they have severed all ties with Seiders. The band's publicist reiterated that no further comments would be provided beyond the statement. Seiders joined the band in 2014.
