A student at East Tennessee State is in the news because she got a full ride to college thanks to Taco Bell.
She worked there for two years and applied for the scholarship program they offer employees.
She got $10,000 her first year, and a total of 40 GRAND by her senior year. With the financial aid she also qualified for, she's graduating debt-free next month.
She posted a video thanking people, because a lot of the Taco Bell money came from customers rounding up their change at the drive-thru. So if you've ever done that and wondered if it makes a difference, yes it can.
