You Won't Be Able to Use Your Phone at a Ghost Show
Ghost will be embarking on a world tour this summer . . . a SKELETOUR, if you will. (Their new album is called "Skeleta".) And if you buy a ticket, you should be forewarned: Your cell phone will be USELESS.
They're going to make you put it in one of those pouches so you can't use it during the show. Tobias Forge says they've used them before, and found that the crowds were way better.
Quote, "We want [fans] to be there in the moment. It's so hard to get people to engage."
He adds, quote, "The face value of not seeing phones was literally like time travel . . . now in modern times it's just ridiculous. If you're playing in front of 10,000 people, 8,000 people are holding a phone. I wish it was like this all the time."

Finn Wolfhard from "Stranger Things" will release his debut solo album on June 6th.
The LP came out of a challenge that Wolfhard set for himself: He wanted to see if he could write 50 songs by the end of 2022. As Wolfhard’s child-actor endeavors made him more and more famous, music became an important outlet. In a press release, he says, “Music for me has always been something that I can control. And while I’m really grateful for acting and for a long time, it really provided me that peace, it’s just a different thing now that I’m an adult and that it’s a career. I still enjoy it a lot, but when I am by myself and get to play guitar and write a song, it’s a different kind of feeling I’m after.”
Check out his new single, "Choose the Latter".
