Alice In Chains And Shinedown Among Acts Being Looked At For Pandemic Relief Payouts

Among acts like Lil’ Wayne and Chris Brown, the report looks at the pandemic relief spending by Alice in Chains and Shinedown. According to the report, three members of Alice In Chains got grant money: singer-guitarist Jerry Cantrell received $1.4-million in grant money in 2022, drummer Sean Kinney got the same amount, and bassist Mike Inez received $682,000. Shinedown reportedly got a total of $8.3-million, with at least $2.5-million going to three of the four band members. This probably isn’t the last we’ll hear of this story.
