Let's talk about "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". So many lesser properties have been remade, rebooted, and sequelized. How has Hollywood NOT gotten around to this one? Unfortunately, it's all Jessica Rabbit's fault.
Director Robert Zemeckis says, quote, "There's a good script sitting at Disney, but here's the thing: Here's what you have to know, and you know this, the current Disney would never make Roger Rabbit today.
"They can't make a movie with Jessica in it."
He also pointed out that Disney put Jessica in a trench coat, rather than her trademark sexy red dress, for its Toontown attraction at Disneyland.
