Foo Fighters Reportedly Taking "Hiatus" After Dave Grohl Drama
They canceled their appearance over the weekend in Connecticut, and now the Foo Fighters are “on hiatus.” A source told the “US Sun” that the band is taking a break because frontman Dave Grohl “wants to be at home and focus on earning back the trust of his family” after he revealed he had fathered a child out of wedlock. The rest of the band reportedly also wants time to regroup and spend time with their families as well.

Marilyn Manson Announces New Album
For the twelfth time, Marilyn Manson has a new studio album on the way. “One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1” is set to release on November 22nd from Nuclear Blast Records. It’ll be available on multiple formats, including a limited edition box set with a CD, a marble beige vinyl, and exclusive red case, and a beige and yellow marble cassette. The set will also include prints of four Mason paintings. Manson’s last album was 2020’s “We Are Chaos,” which was produced by Shooter Jennings.

Weezer Drops Five Previously Unreleased "Blue Album" Era Tracks
Weezer’s filling arenas on their “Voyage To The Blue Planet” North American tour, and now they’ve put out five previously unreleased recordings from 1995. The recordings are from the BBC during a visit to promote the “Blue Album,” and the recordings of “My Name Is Jonas,” “In The Garage,” “No One Else,” “Surf Wax,” and an acoustic version of “Buddy Holly” are just a few of the previously-unreleased recordings on the upcoming “Blue Album 30th Anniversary Edition,” which is set to hit on November 1st.

Jelly Roll Had a Wild Weekend
What did you do this weekend? Jelly Roll had a SOLD-OUT concert at Madison Square Garden, played Central Park, and had a police escort through Manhattan so he could be the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live".
The Madison Square Garden gig looked amazing. He brought out Post Malone for the live debut of their song "Losers". And then Posty stuck around to sing "Friends in Low Places" and "I Had Some Help" with Jelly filling in for Morgan Wallen.
On "Saturday Night Live", Jelly sang "Liar" and then we got to hear his new song "Winning Streak".
And this audio clip from Jelly was the best moment of them all. He's riding in the back of a police escort on his way to "SNL", and freaking out over how crazy his life is now.
He summed it up quite well by saying, "What the [heck] is happening in my life right now, y'all?"

Kris Kristofferson Passed Away at the Age of 88
Country music legend Kris Kristofferson passed away peacefully on Saturday at his home in Hawaii, surrounded by family. No cause of death was given. He was 88 years old.
Here are some of Kris' career highlights:
1. He was a Rhodes scholar and attended the University of Oxford, where he excelled at boxing and rugby.
2. He attained the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army . . . completed Ranger School . . . and also was a helicopter pilot.
3. He moved to Nashville in 1965 and started sweeping the floors at Columbia Recording Studios. He met June Carter there, and gave her a tape of him singing. She gave it to Johnny Cash, but he just put it with a bunch of others.
4. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, Kris landed a helicopter on Johnny's property, finally getting his attention . . . which launched Kris' musical career.
5. Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and Kris all formed "The Highwaymen" in 1985.
6. In addition to his immense music career, he also was a prolific actor, appearing in over 100 TV shows and films.
7. He was awarded with the Country Music Lifetime Achievement Award, the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and was inducted into Country Music Hall of Fame in 2004.
