Baileys Introduces New Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur
Baileys has announced a limited-edition flavor of their iconic Irish Cream Liqueur with their new Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur. It follows other limited-edition variations of flavors including S'mores and Colada that were previously offered to showcase the versatility of the popular beverage.
The new Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream is said to exhibit scents of both cinnamon and churros with the smooth consistency of the original Baileys Irish Cream. It’s designed to drink at room temperature or iced and also is good in a cocktail, pairing well with tequila, bourbon, whisky or aged rum. It’s available now and you can check with your local store for availability and pricing. Below is a sample of a cocktail recommended by Baileys with the new beverage.
Bailey’s Cinnamon Churros Irish Cactus – makes two cocktails
Ingredients:
4 oz. Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur
2 oz. Don Julio Reposada Tequila
Cinnamon Stick
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into two rocks glasses with fresh ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick. The cocktail is a nice variation of an espresso martini and perfect for enjoying in the fall.
