Someone who attended Taylor Swift's Friday night show in Paris is obviously in their Neglectful Parent Era.
Because someone posted a picture of a baby ON THE FLOOR in the standing room section of the La Défense Arena . . . at the feet of a man or woman who was watching the show.
Not that it makes it much better, but the child WAS lying on something soft, like a blanket or a jacket. And the person who snapped the picture said it was wearing some type of ear protection.
Still, is there ANY excuse for this?
