A Guy Bragged to Cops That He Drove 170 Miles-Per-Hour
If you break the law and get arrested, maybe don't brag about HOW MUCH you broke the law.
A cop near Indianapolis clocked a Mustang going 84 in a 55 on Saturday and tried to pull the guy over. But he took off and got into a high-speed chase.
Police say he hit speeds "over 100 miles per hour." It's not clear what the idiot's top speed was . . . but he claims it was closer to 200.
The driver was 20-year-old Michael Stancato. The chase ended when he hit a curb. Then he had to be wrestled to the ground and tased.
After they had him in custody, he started bragging about it . . . and told a cop he saw his speedometer hit 170.
They haven't said if that's true or not, but he can expect it to come up in court. They arrested him for criminal mischief, criminal recklessness, and resisting arrest.
