Judge Orders Marilyn Manson To Pay Evan Rachel Woods' Legal Fees
A judge threw out a big chunk of rocker Marilyn Manson’s defamation lawsuit against former girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood last year. Now, the same judge has decided the goth vet has to pay for bringing that case to court in the first place. Judge Teresa A. Beaudet ordered Manson to pay $326,956 to Wood to cover her legal fees. The case isn’t completely over, however, as the actress and her friend Illma Gore are facing a number of charges, including “swatting” Manson. The trial on those charges will begin May 1st.

Even as Gene Simmons heads back to the platform, another Avenged Sevenfold rocker has announced he’s giving up X. Frontman M. Shadows confirmed he’s making an exit from the social media outlet… for the most part. Calling it “a waste of time” and asking “who cares,” the rocker plans to cut down his usage. But he won’t go completely away, promising “to post about nerdy things that actually excite me to get out of bed.” Shadows promise “new ways” to meaningfully connect are on the horizon.

Rob Zombie's Bassist Decides To Exit The Band
The longtime bassist for Rob Zombie, Matt Montgomery (aka Piggy D), has exited the band. “Dear friends. My time with Zombie has come to an end,” he wrote on his private Instagram page. “It was an honor to entertain you for the last 18 years.” Wishing followers “the best” and “peace & love,” the rocker offered no further details. Piggy D joined the band in 2006 as a replacement for Rob “Black” Nicholson, who left to join Ozzy Osbourne’s group.

Songs from artists like Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Drake might be disappearing from TikTok today.
Universal Music Group says it will pull its song catalog today after failing to come to a fair licensing deal with TikTok in regards to artists' pay, protecting artists from A.I., and online safety for users. They even posted an open letter.
Quote, "TikTok proposed paying our artists and songwriters at a rate that is a fraction of the rate that similarly situated major social platforms pay. Ultimately TikTok is trying to build a music-based business, without paying fair value for the music."
Universal also added that TikTok currently accounts for about 1% of revenue.
