The folks at EatThis, NotThat! have compiled a list of 25 of the best-frozen foods available at Costco right now. Evidently, some Redittors had some major complaints about the chain’s frozen food selection going downhill last year and the company is trying to remedy that, Below are highlights of the items with the full list of 25 available HERE.
- Kirkland Signature Chicken Breast Chunks – Costco’s signature nuggets have gotten rave reviews and are made with no antibiotics. A four-pound bag is sold for $13.99. PER SERVING (3 OZ): 140 calories, 5 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 530 mg sodium, 9 g carbs (0 g fiber, 1 g sugar), 16 g protein.
- Cuisine Adventures Dulce De Leche Churro Bites – delicious, cinnamon bites that resemble empanadas more than churros. Prices have been spotted at $4.97 for a 27.3-ounce box in one location and $9.99 for the same box at another. PER SERVING (4 PIECES): 280 calories, 12 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 260 mg sodium, 40 g carbs (1 g fiber, 17 g sugar), 5 g protein.
- Heggies Pizza Cauliflower Margherita – two-pack of Margherita pizzas topped with tomato, basil, garlic, and fresh mozzarella on a cauliflower crust priced at $13.99. - Peter Pan Seafood Red King Crab Cooked Legs and Claws – this is a 10-pound box of wild Alaska cooked red king crab legs and claws but be prepared for the price of $439.99. PER SERVING (4 OZ): 100 calories, 0.5 g fat (0 g saturated fat), 950 mg sodium, 0 g carbs ( 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar), 22 g protein.
- Mavens Durian Ice Cream – made from foul-smelling durian fruit but the taste is custard and caramel-like. Two 16-oz. containers are priced at $16.99. PER SERVING (2/3 CUP): 220 calories, 14 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 70 mg sodium, 23 g carbs (1 g fiber, 16 g sugar), 3 g protein.

- The Original Poppers Brand Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers – Instagrammer @costco.so.obsessed spotted these at a Santa Clara, CA Costco. They are breaded mild jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and come in 42 to 52 per box. PER SERVING (3 PIECES): 260 calories, 16 g fat (6 g saturated fat), 530 mg sodium, 25 g carbs ((1 g fiber, 2 g sugar), 5 g protein.
- City Pier Lobster Stuffed Shrimp – one Redditor describes these as the “turducken of seafood” and a box of 12 pieces goes for $23.99. PER SERVING (2 PIECES): 110 calories, 6 g fat (0.5 g saturated fat), 390 mg sodium, 4 g carbs (0 g Fiber, 0 g sugar), 10 g protein.

Sweethearts Are Selling "Situationship" Hearts for Valentine's Day
We just got through the holidays, so it feels wrong to already mention another one. But a new candy for Valentine's Day just landed . . .

Starting next week, Sweethearts will sell boxes of "Situationship" hearts that look just like their normal candy.
The only difference is the words are blurry and hard to read . . . just like Gen Z relationships are hard to read. Their press release used the term "literal mixed messages."
It sounds like they might even be repurposing their misprinted hearts and just tossing them in a box.
Their V.P. of marketing said, quote, "The printing on Sweethearts isn't always perfect. This is our way of embracing those imperfections in a way that taps into pop culture."

A Burger King employee in Nevada named Kevin Ford is in the news again after a GoFundMe helped buy him his first house.
A video of him went viral in 2022 when he got a bunch of lame swag after not missing a single day of work in 27 years. Since then, the GoFundMe has raised almost $450,000 to help him retire.
He just posted an update and revealed he bought a small home in Pahrump, Nevada, for $177,000.
He said, "I know it's not a mansion, but it's MINE," and he thanked everyone who helped make it happen.

Italy Is Being Rocked by the "Pineapple on Pizza" Debate
Italy is in meltdown right now after PINEAPPLE just showed up on the menu at a well-known pizza place. It's become an acceptable topping for a lot of Americans, but most Italians still passionately disagree with that.
A highly respected, third-generation pizzeria owner named Gino Sorbillo just decided to challenge that trend by adding it as an option at his restaurant.
To be clear, it's not the first time someone in Italy has put pineapple on a pizza. Other places have done it. But it's a big deal because his restaurant is in the heart of Naples . . . the "pizza capital of the world."
He says he's doing it to "combat food prejudice," and that it annoys him when people, quote, "follow the crowd and condition themselves according to other people's views."
That said, he's not selling what we'd call a "Hawaiian pizza." His has three types of cheese . . . the pineapple is cooked twice to give it a caramelized taste . . . and the biggest difference is it's a "white pizza" with no tomato sauce.
Gino says tomatoes are a fruit, and you should never have two fruits on a pizza. It makes everything too acidic, and, quote, "wouldn't be a good product."
In other words, pineapple on pizza is okay. But if you're just tossing it on your normal order from Domino's, he thinks that's trash.
