The Creator of "Yellowstone" Is Suing One of the Stars . . . Over Coffee   

"Yellowstone" creator Taylor Sheridan is suing Cole Hauser . . . one of the stars of the show . . . over coffee.

 

 

Sheridan owns a ranch in Texas called Bosque Ranch. And Hauser recently launched his own coffee brand called Free Rein.

 

 

But Sheridan thinks the logo for Free Rein is too similar to the logo for his ranch . . . because they both use overlapping letters. Also, Bosque Ranch sells its own coffee.

 

 

So they're suing for trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising.

 

 

Cole plays Rip Wheeler on "Yellowstone". The show's ending after the second half of Season 5, which will debut next November.
