Metallica Plays "Too Far Gone" Live For The First Time In New Jersey
Metallica pulled a fast one on fans by waiting until the second show of the North American leg of their tour- not the first- to unveil a new song. The iconic band recently debuted the first live performance of “Too Far Gone” in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Part of the draw to Metallica’s April-launched “M72” tour is the promise of a “No Repeat Weekend,” in which they play two nights in each city they visit with, well, no repeated music. And while the New Jersey show included songs from as far back as their 1983 debut album “Kill ‘Em All,” they featured a trio of songs from their newest album, “M72.”
Check out fan-shot footage of the first-ever live performance of “Too Far Gone” here. And that night’s full set list is below.

Is Kid Rock Cool with Bud Light Again?
It's been over four months since cancel culture came for Bud Light, but maybe the Bud Light freeze is finally starting to thaw.
Kid Rock went viral in April when he shot up some cases of Bud Light because they collaborated with a trans influencer on social media.
So someone on Twitter thought it would be funny to sneak some Bud Light into Kid Rock's Honky Tonk bar in Nashville . . . but when he went there, he was surprised to see several Anheuser-Busch beers on the menu, including Bud Light. It's not a secret, and it's on the menu on the website. Kid hasn't commented.
Others point out that Bud Light is also back on tap at John Rich's Nashville bar, Redneck Riviera.
John said he'd let his patrons decide if he kept it. Sales plummeted back in April, so he removed it. But apparently, demand is back up because it's available again.

Now they also have “career success” to add to this list. Debuting at #8 on the Billboard 200, GVF’s new album “Starcatcher” has reached #1 on multiple genre charts. The Michigan-based band has taken the top spot on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums, Top Hard Rock Albums, and Top Rock & Alternative Albums.
“Starcatcher” is also grabbing international attention, hitting the top ten in Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK, and the top 20 in Italy and Canada. It landed at #2 in both Germany and Switzerland. The Grammy-winning group has had another album, 2021, “The Battle At Garden’s Gate,” enter the top ten.
