WWE legend The Undertaker almost had a throwdown with a SHARK.
He and his wife Michelle McCool . . . also a former WWE star . . . were at the beach when Michelle saw what she thought was vegetation in the water. It turns out it was a shark, and it was close to the shore.
The Undertaker got into the water to check it out . . . and maybe stare it down a little. And it eventually swam away. Michelle called him her "protector."
It turned out to be a nurse shark, and they're not normally aggressive toward humans. But they didn't know that at the time.
