A Man in a Beer Can Costume Was Arrested for DUI
If a cop suspects a drunk driver, they're looking for the classic signs: Bloodshot or watery eyes . . . slurred speech . . . the smell of booze on their breath . . . and if they're wearing a BEER CAN COSTUME.
Last Friday . . . Cinco de Mayo . . . a deputy in Kansas pulled over a car that seemed to be driving erratically. And when he walked up to the driver, he saw that the guy was wearing a full-body Bud Light can costume.
The driver failed a field sobriety test and was placed under arrest for DUI.
The police department posted an amusing photo of the guy on Facebook and noted that "suspects are innocent until proven guilty."
The beer can costume had holes for the guy's arms and feet . . . but it doesn't sound like he was charged with having an OPEN CONTAINER.
