CRIMINALS: Man Arrested After He Had His Fentanyl Delivered to a Restaurant

A Man Was Arrested After He Had His Fentanyl Delivered to a Restaurant

There's a reason why people smuggle drugs in backpacks . . . cars . . . and mules.  You can't just give the post office YOUR address and risk having it brought to your front door.

A 41-year-old man in Maine named Jeremy Mercier was just caught after he had $3 MILLION worth of fentanyl shipped . . . to a local restaurant.

The workers there got the crate and thought it was a bunch of MUGS they ordered.  It wasn't mugged.  So they called the police.  About an hour later, Jeremy showed up asking about the shipment . . . and he was arrested.

Jeremy didn't work there.  The shipping container was made to look like it contained motorcycle parts . . . and Jeremy runs a motorcycle shop in the area.  So maybe he was trying to make it seem like a delivery mistake?

Whatever the plan was . . . it didn't work.   Jeremy is facing major charges, including aggravated illegal importation of scheduled drugs, and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.

A Student Ate a $120,000 Banana from an Installation at an Art Museum Because He Was "Hungry."

There's an art piece at a museum in South Korea, which is a banana duct taped to a wall.  That's it.  An Italian artist named Maurizio Cattelan has "created" multiple versions of it, and one sold for $120,000 in 2019.

Last week, an art student walked up to the banana . . . removed it . . . ate it . . . then taped the PEEL back onto the wall.

The museum says the student said he ate the banana "because he was hungry."

The museum replaced the peel with a fresh banana.  They notified the artist, but he "didn't have any reaction to it."  That's possible because this happened before . . . when the previous version was displayed in 2019.

That's probably the dumbest thing about this whole situation . . . everyone KNOWS this is ridiculous . . . except anyone who's tricked into BUYING IT.

The artwork is called "Comedian" . . . and the artist is known for SATIRICAL pieces.  The museum replaces the banana every few days anyway, so there's nothing special about it.  And the art student clearly knew that it was "art" . . . and not a free snack . . . so NO ONE is taking this seriously.
