A YouTuber Pranked the Wrong Guy and Got Shot
Maybe don't prank people the day AFTER April Fools'. Just saying, one day is enough . . .
A 21-year-old YouTuber named Tanner Cook is lucky to be alive after he pranked a random guy at a mall in Virginia on Sunday . . . and the guy SHOT him.
It's not clear what the prank was, but Tanner says it was a "simple practical joke." He has a YouTube channel where he does stuff like asking women to play naked Twister, and pretending to puke on Uber drivers.
On Sunday, he was filming a video at a mall in northern Virginia, just outside D.C. And he approached a 31-year-old guy named Alan Colie in the food court.
Alan obviously didn't find the prank funny, because he pulled out a handgun and shot Tanner in the STOMACH. The bullet pierced his liver, but paramedics got him to a hospital. He had surgery, and it sounds like he'll be okay.
Alan is now in jail. He's facing charges for aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm during a felony, and discharging a gun inside a building.

Police Were Alerted to a Fugitive Because He Had a Fake "BENDOVER" License Plate
This is SO obvious, but again . . . for the criminals in the back . . . the #1 rule of not being caught is: Don't attract attention to yourself.
A 20-year-old man from New Jersey named Justine Miranda was riding his motorcycle in Florida . . . and he had a HI-LARIOUS fake license plate that said, "BENDOVER."
The problem was: Justine was a fugitive, who was wanted on a parole violation. And some officers noticed his vanity plate . . . thought it looked fishy . . . and went to pull him over.
Justine sped away from them . . . leading them on a brief chase . . . blowing through red lights. He ended up crashing his bike. It sounds like he'll be fine, but he did need to be hospitalized.
Justine was charged with a felony fleeing count . . . he could also be looking at trouble in New Jersey, where he's wanted for that parole violation.
(Here's his mugshot.)
