Given Current Ticket Prices, Is It Cheaper to See Concerts in Europe???
Thanks to Ticketmaster's "dynamic pricing" and the ridiculously inflated resale market, people are getting FED UP with the cost of concert tickets. But maybe there's another way.
Some people are flying to EUROPE to see concerts and finding that it can actually save them money under the right circumstances.
This is particularly helpful if you have airline miles or hotel points that can offset travel costs . . . or if you happen to have a friend or relative, you can stay within the vicinity of the concert.
But tickets are cheaper. One "content creator" got floor seats to see Jay-Z and Beyoncé in Paris in 2018 for $92. Those same tickets in her hometown of Houston would have cost $900 MORE.
Another woman says she paid $200 for a ticket to see Beyoncé in London that would have cost her $800 in the U.S.
Costs can be more reasonable because European nations have consumer protection laws and have taken steps to limit resale prices.
Obviously, saving hundreds of dollars on the ticket can help mitigate the cost of travel and lodging if you're stuck paying for that.
And even if the overall experience costs you more, you're getting a lot more bang for your buck because you're turning it into a European vacation.

The Woman on the Cover of the Woodstock Soundtrack Album Died
We've all seen the "Woodstock" album cover by now . . . with the couple holding each other while wrapped in a blanket.
Their names were Nick Ercoline and Bobbi Kelly, and at the time, they were dating. But they got married and stayed together all this time.
Sadly, Bobbi passed away recently after a long illness. Nick says, quote, "She lived her life well, and left this world in a much better place. If you knew her, you loved her. She lived by her saying, 'Be kind.'"
Nick and Bobbi were both 20 years old and had only been dating for less than two months when that picture was taken in 1970. They got married in 1971.
