Kim Kardashian is getting backlash and being called "offensive" and "harsh" for her advice for women in business.
In a clip from her "Variety" interview, she said, quote, "I have the best advice for women in business. Get your [effing] [ass] up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days . . .
"You have to surround yourself with people that want to work . . . Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do because you have one life. No toxic work environments, and show up and do the work."
Well, it hasn't been well-received. Actress Jameela Jamil said, quote, "I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion . . . nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic . . .
"This same 24 hours in the day [crap] is a nightmare. 99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours."

One Twitter user said, quote, "Kim seems to have the most hustle of the bunch.
But to ignore the pre-career privilege . . . a famous, uber-rich father and vast L.A. network that included Paris Hilton . . . is tone-deaf at best, offensive at worst."
Another said, quote, "Not Miss Kimberly who got a BMW at 16 telling me I have to work harder in life."
And lastly, quote, "She was born with millions. She and her sisters turned that into over one billion.
She could afford to fail over and over and over and over again and still be richer than a majority of the world."
