Tom Holland Wakes Up Naked 40% of the Time?

With great popularity comes great . . . sleeping problems. Well, that is if you're TOM HOLLAND.

In an interview with "GQ", Tom said that as his celebrity status grew, so did his sleeping problems. He now experiences sleep paralysis, you know, when you're awake but you can't move.

He even has a recurring sleep paralysis nightmare where the paparazzi is in his room snapping photos and there's nobody there to protect him.

Tom also sleepwalks . . . and he sometimes UNDRESSES. Quote, "Four out of 10 sleeps I wake up completely naked."

To combat his sleep problems, he trained himself to recognize he's in a dream and alter it . . . which is called lucid dreaming. Quote, "So what you do is . . . and this is where it sounds stupid . . .

"You set an alarm for every hour of the day when you're awake. When the alarm goes off, you read something . . . when you do it for a long time, you start to do that in your sleep."

Tom Holland Talks Zendaya, "Spider-Man" to GQ

It’s no secret that Tom Holland and Zendaya are dating. However, he told GQ that the relationship is not for public consumption.

“One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn't really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world,” Tom explained. “I've always been really adamant to keep my private life private because I share so much of my life with the world anyway. We sort of felt robbed of our privacy. I don't think it's about not being ready. It's just that we didn't want to.”

Tom also addressed his star turn in the “Spider-Man” franchise. More specifically, he addressed whether he’d leave the role. “Maybe it is time for me to move on,” he noted. “Maybe what's best for Spider-Man is that they do a Miles Morales film. I have to take Peter Parker into account as well because he is an important part of my life. If I'm playing Spider-Man after I'm 30, I've done something wrong.” For the record, “Spider-Man” producer Amy Pascal never wants him to leave.
