Here's a car accident that was done on purpose. I think. A guy in France made his dusty old Peugeot go airborne by driving it up a grass incline at top speed. It looked like a scene from"The Dukes of Hazzard".

The car came down nose-first on a nearby road. Everyone laughed. No one was hurt.

A Tesla Driver Forgets to Lower the Wing Door, and It Doesn't End Well

A Tesla driver in London forgot to lower the wing door on the passenger side of the car, and it clipped the windshield of a double-decker bus. There was some serious damage, but no one was injured.

According to the post, an alarm is supposed to go off if a Tesla's door is open when the car is moving . . . so there may have been a technical issue.
