Food: Burger King’s New Chicken Sandwich “ChKing” is Almost Here!

Burger King’s New Chicken Sandwich “ChKing” is Almost Here!

There has been a buzz lately about Burger King’s new chicken sandwich and it is finally arriving on a national scale on June 3rd. To review, the “ChKing” sandwich consists of a hand-breaded chicken fillet with pickles and BK’s signature sauce and served on a toasted potato bun.

For those who haven’t sampled it as yet, Burger King did a test run of the sandwich last September and they say “we’ve mastered the process, ensuring that every freshly hand-breaded chicken filet has a bite that’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

If that sounds good, consider there will also be a spicy version as well as a deluxe, which includes lettuce and tomato. And if you order the ChKing sandwich on the app or website? You can also get a free Whopper (until June 20th).

Here's How People in All 50 States Likes Their Eggs Cooked… Texas Sunny Side Up! (Gross, Rod)

A new study looked at how America eats its eggs. So are you on the scrambled bandwagon? Or do you do it Rocky-style, and just drink 'em raw?

Scrambled eggs ARE the most popular way to eat eggs, according to the study. And raw eggs in a glass did NOT make the list.

They looked at all 50 states, and which ones love different egg-cooking methods more than other states. Here are the results . . .

1. Scrambled eggs got 18 states, including a huge swath of them across the South and Midwest.

2. Sunny side up is next with 14 states, including some big ones . . . California, Texas, and New York.

3. Over easy, eight states. That's where you cook both sides. With sunny side up, you only cook the bottom.

4. Poached eggs, also eight states. They're more popular in the north for some reason.

5. Two states love soft-boiled eggs . . . Illinois and Oklahoma. And people in D.C. enjoy hard-boiled eggs more than the rest of the country.50 states.)
