Foo Fighters among many bands to play Prince Tribute show

Prince is getting a tribute concert put on by the Grammys.

Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince will be held January 28th, two days after the awards, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. It will air in April on CBS.

Rolling Stone reports that the lineup includes Beck, Common, Foo Fighters, H.E.R., Earth, Wind and Fire, St. Vincent, Mavis Staples, Chris Martin of Coldplay and Gary Clark Junior.

The show will also feature performances by Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles (whose biggest hit was the Prince-penned "Manic Monday") plus his old band The Revolution and Morris Day and the Time. The musical directors for the event will be three people Prince worked with extensively -- Sheila E., Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

I mean, the Foos do a GREAT PRINCE COVER!
