Nickelback Is Teasing...Something
Nickelback appears to be gearing up for a new album, and the band has started dropping cryptic hints online. The Canadian rockers were finishing work on their eleventh studio album back in April, when bassist Mike Kroeger said the record was nearly done and that fans would like it. It would be the band's first new album in more than three years, following 2022's "Get Rollin'." Earlier this year, Nickelback released a single called "Bones for the Crows," their first fresh original material since that album, which also served as the theme for WrestleMania 42. The group has a long track record of waiting to release music until it feels ready rather than rushing. So far, no official release date, tracklist, or lead single for the new album has been announced, leaving fans watching for the payoff to the teasing.

U2 Drops First Single From Upcoming Album
U2 is back with new music. The band has released a new single called "Street of Dreams," the first song from an upcoming studio album expected later this year. The track finds U2 in familiar territory, returning to their well-worn themes of hope and compassion. Built around The Edge's guitar and Larry Mullen Jr.'s rolling drums, it is a joyful, anthemic tune that leans on the band's signature sound. Bono's lyrics this time lean lofty and general, with plenty of uplifting lines about not giving up on your dreams and a chorus partly sung in Spanish.
