Dave Grohl Is Heavy Into Therapy After Cheating Incident
It’ll most likely come as no surprise that Dave Grohl found help. The Foo Fighters frontman is opening up for the first time about the fallout from his 2024 affair, telling The Guardian he has been going to therapy six days a week for 70 weeks, which adds up to more than 430 sessions. Grohl said many things led him to seek help, including grief over the deaths of drummer Taylor Hawkins and his mother Virginia, both in 2022, as well as his public admission that he fathered a child outside his marriage to wife Jordyn Blum. He said he had to "turn everything off" after going public, and that therapy has helped him become a better communicator. The Foo Fighters' new album, "Your Favorite Toy," is due out April 24th.

Keith Urban Will Release a Yacht Rock Covers Album
Keith Urban says he has a yacht rock album on the way. It will have one original, and the rest will be covers. And no, he isn't kidding.
Quote, "There is one original on the record. It's a thematic record . . . yacht rock songs. You think I'm kidding? I'm not kidding."
And if that idea sounds a bit odd, Keith gave fans a taste of what to expect. He played a cover of Stephen Bishop's "On and On". There isn't a release date for the covers album yet.
Keith was also honored by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with the Randy Owen "Angels Among Us" Award. He's been a supporter for more than 20 years, and began visiting the hospital in 1998.
