David Beckham is reportedly set to receive a knighthood in King Charles’ upcoming birthday honors list, recognizing his soccer legacy and contributions to British society. The title would make his wife, Victoria Beckham, "Lady Beckham."
Beckham was first nominated for a knighthood in 2011, and received the Order of the British Empire in 2003. Alongside his soccer achievements, he’s been active in charity work, served as a UNICEF ambassador since 2005, and was a key figure in the 2012 Olympics.
In 2024, he became an ambassador for the King’s Foundation. Recently, he appeared with King Charles and Queen Camilla at the Chelsea Flower Show.
