Criminals: Woman Had To Be Duct-Taped To Her Seat On A Plane.

Woman Had To Be Duct-Taped To Her Seat On A Plane.

Woman Duct-Taped To Seat After Trying To Open Airplane Door: The stories of problems with airplane passengers continue, this time with a flight crew that did what they thought had to do for the safety of the flight. American Airlines Flight 1774 from Dallas to Charlotte, North Carolina was delayed for around three hours, then an hour into the flight a woman reportedly had what a flight attendant described as a “mental issue,” and started saying she needed to get off the plane while banging on the exit doors. Allegedly, it took five flight attendants to subdue the woman; once they had her, they duct-taped her to her seat, adding a piece of tape over her mouth. The woman was taken to a local hospital after the plane landed, and American Airlines confirmed the event did happen.

Six Thousand False Eyelashes Seized At New Orleans Airport:

When you hear of a bust by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents, there are things that come to mind as a guess about what kind of contraband was found. A recent bust at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport captured 3,000 pairs of false eyelashes coming into the country from China. The lashes weren’t approved by the FDA, and they weren’t labeled with the distributor or manufacturer name. The amazing part? Even though this haul was called “particularly large,” customs says false lashes are often seized in New Orleans.

A Cop Had to Perform the Heimlich Maneuver . . . After a Guy Tried to Swallow a Bag of Weed

It's not a good idea to swallow a bag of drugs to hide it from the cops for several reasons . . . a big one being: You could DIE.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol recently shared dashcam footage from earlier this month of an officer pulling over a vehicle for speeding.

When the cop walked up to the car, he noticed that the guy was CHOKING, so he got him out, and started performing the Heimlich maneuver.

Thankfully, it worked. It turned out the guy had tried to swallow a baggie of marijuana when he got pulled over.

The man was cited for speeding, failure to wear a seat belt, and marijuana possession. It's unclear what that will cost him, but he should definitely tack on a beer for the cop, a state trooper named Charles Hoskin, who saved his life.

A Guy Reports a Fake Shooting to 911 to Get Out of a Traffic Ticket

Sometimes thinking on your feet is the WRONG thing to do. Especially if it involves a crime . . .

A 34-year-old guy in Ohio got pulled over last week outside a Walmart near Cleveland. And he tried to get out of it by calling 911 and reporting a FAKE SHOOTING.

He was driving on a suspended license with expired plates. And he had a two-year-old with him who wasn't in a car seat. So that's why he panicked.

He called 911 while he was being pulled over, and claimed someone had just been SHOT outside Walmart.

His plan was to make the cops who pulled him over respond to the fake shooting instead. But it didn't work.

A 911 dispatcher traced his call and realized he was the same person being pulled over. So they arrested him.

He's facing charges for making a false report. And they also cited him for multiple traffic violations.
