A Grandma Chases Down and Tackles a Purse Snatcher . . . and the Whole Thing Is Caught on Video
This guy tried to rob the WRONG old lady.
Last month, a guy in Queensland, Australia stole an elderly woman's purse while she was inside a bar.
And when he tried to run away with it . . . she chased him down, tackled him, fought him for the purse, ripped off his shirt, and actually got the purse back.
We know all this from a security camera that caught the entire thing. And the video was just released.
In the end, the woman walked away with her purse and the guy fled the scene in a truck with his shirt in his hand.
There's no word on whether the cops have tracked him down.

A Drunk Driver Was Arrested After He Called 911 on Himself
I guess this guy did the right thing . . . eventually.
On Sunday afternoon, the police in Halton, Ontario, Canada got a call about a drunk driver.
And the call came from . . . the drunk driver himself.
He told the 911 dispatcher he was driving drunk, and when the cops tracked him down, he was telling the truth . . . his blood-alcohol level was four times the legal limit.
He was arrested for impaired driving.

A Woman Attacks Her Roommate with a Frying Pan, Then a Broomstick, Then a Knife, Then an Axe
You know you've been cooped up with someone too long when a dumb fight turns into a battle scene from"Braveheart". . .
A 36-year-old woman in Washington state named Cassandra Aparicio recently got into it with one of her roommates. And multiple weapons were involved. (It happened in the town of Chehalis, about 80 miles south of Seattle.)
It's not clear what they were fighting about, but it happened around one in the morning. Cassandra claims all her female roommates hate her because she's prettier than them. So . . . factor that in.
First, she attacked one of them with a frying pan. Then she grabbed a broomstick and started swinging that. And at some point, the roommate picked up a cutting board to defend herself.
We don't know if she used the cutting board as a shield or what. But she just kept saying she didn't want to fight.
Eventually, Cassandra grabbed a KNIFE and threw it at her, but missed. Then she grabbed an AXE from the hallway . . . threw it while the roommate was running out a back door . . . and missed with that too. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt.
She's facing charges for assault and harassment, and for threatening to kill the roommate.
