Video: JOEY KRAMER Blocked From Entering AEROSMITH Rehearsal By Security Guards
Now, Aerosmith Is Physically Blocking Their Drummer from Joining Them, with Hired Heavies?
AEROSMITH drummer JOEY KRAMER recently sued the band, accusing them of blocking him from their gig at the Grammys this weekend.
But Aerosmith may have also PHYSICALLY blocked him from joining them, with some HIRED HEAVIES. (???)
TMZ hasvideofrom Sunday, where Joey is walking up to a building where Aerosmith is rehearsing. A couple of security guards are out front, and they say they're there to prevent him from entering.
Joey claimed he was given a rehearsal schedule from the band this past Saturday and flew to L.A. the next day, and that's where the video picks up.
Joey told TMZ, quote, "The band waited until January 15th to tell me that they weren't letting me play at the awards ceremonies this week." They were going to let him make appearances with the band, but he couldn't perform.
Aerosmith hasn't commented, but word has it that they don't think Joey can hack it anymore, especially since it's been six months since he's played with them.

Kirk Hammett Says Metallica's Fight Against Napster Didn't Make a Difference
METALLICA put their careers on the line at the turn of the century by going up against Napster and trying to pave the way for artists to continue getting PAID for their work.
So how did that turn out? According to guitarist KIRK HAMMETT, not very well.
He says, quote, "We didn't make a difference . . . we did not make a difference. It happened, and we couldn’t stop it, because it was just bigger than any of us, this trend that happened that [effing] sunk the [effing] music industry.
"There was no way that we could stop it . . . What had happened was, all of a sudden it was just more convenient to get music and it was less convenient to pay for it, and there you have it."

Slipknot, Five Finger Death Punch, and Staind are set to headline Rocklahoma fest 2020. Oklahoma’s premier rock festival runs from May 22nd to 24th in the city of Pryor.
