A 54-year-old woman in Coachella, California was arrested for animal cruelty the other day, after a security camera caught her tossing a bag filled with seven newborn puppies in a dumpster outside an auto parts store.
A guy started picking through the trash 15 minutes later, found the puppies, and left them in front of the store, where a customer found them. A reporter talked to the customer and a few employees about it. The puppies are fine and being put up for adoption.
