This Site Measures Your Growing Baby Using Big Macs

There are all kinds of places for pregnant women to find out how big the babies in their bellies are in terms of fruits and veggies. Parenting sites like BabyCenter and The Bump offer week-by-week estimates of the length and weight of the baby using everything from a poppy seed to a watermelon for comparison.

But for the soon-to-be mamas who want to track their baby’s development in-utero with something a little less healthy, now there’s howmanybigmacsismybaby.com. This cleverly named site does just what the name implies - it accurately answers how big that baby is using Big Macs from McDonald’s as a unit of measurement.

It’s pretty easy to use, just put in the number of weeks you’ve been pregnant and you’ll find out how many Mickey D’s burgers big baby is today. The comparison is by weight, not size, so when you’re full term, it’ll tell you that at 40 weeks, your baby weighs as much as 16 Big Macs. The site isn’t officially licensed by McDonald’s, but it’s a fun idea when you want to compare baby’s size to something tastier than kale.

IHOP Is Serving Up It’s Highest Calorie Breakfast Platter Ever

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you eat IHOP’s new breakfast platter, it may be the only thing you need to eat all day. That’s because the chain’s latest menu addition is their Big Farmhouse BreakFEAST and it really is a monster of a meal.

We’re talking four sausages (two smoked links and two pork sausages), two pieces of ham, and two pieces of bacon, plus two eggs and sides of hashbrowns, buttermilk pancakes and toast!

·Calorie counts vary depending on how you like your eggs and what kind of toast you order, but the option with the least calories - which comes with poached eggs and sourdough toast - clocks in at 1,720 calories!

·Swap the eggs for scrambled and the toast for whole wheat and you’re looking at 1,940 calories, which is just 60 shy of the 2,000 daily calorie benchmark!

To compare, a standard pancake combo at IHOP only has 740 calories and the next biggest menu item, the Country Fried Steak and Eggs has a range of 1490 to 1700 calories. So try the Big Farmhouse BreakFEAST if you dare, but prepare to be in a food coma if you finish it.
