"Today is my daughter Lily’s 11th birthday. On her 4th birthday I started the tradition of giving her a corsage she can wear for the day. I’m a firm believer that the first man a woman should ever get flowers from is her father. If this is the only thing I ever do right in my life, it’ll be a great life indeed.
Her mom and I had just divorced and she was the only girl in the house with her two brothers and myself so I knew I had to do something special for her."
