5. J.J. Watt Offers to Pay the Funeral Costs for the Santa Fe High School Shooting Victims
J.J. WATT of the Houston Texans stepped up in a major way to help raise $37 MILLION for the victims of Hurricane Harvey last year and now, he's doing yet another good deed.
On Friday, 10 people were killed in a school shooting in Santa Fe, Texas and later that day, word got out that J.J. told Santa Fe High School that he'll pay for the funerals for all the victims.
J.J. hasn't commented on his reported offer. But after the shooting, he Tweeted, quote, "Absolutely horrific." The school is about 30 miles from downtown Houston.
