Although he wasn't fishing, a man who was boating in the Florida Keys over the weekend made a significant catch nonetheless.

The boater found a package floating in the water that contained nearly 70 pounds of cocaine, according to the U.S. Border Patrol. It's estimated value: $1 million.

While some people might be tempted to turn their ill-gotten gain around for profit, the unidentified man -- who the Border Patrol is calling "a Good Samaritan" -- contacted authorities and handed the drugs over to them, the agency reports.
