She has had 25 surgeries including removing eight ribs, two breast augmentations, rhinoplasties, liposuction, fillers, veneers, and her most recent a butt job. Pamplona states her obsession with Kim began when people started comparing her to the famous Kardashian. She says "I never get tired of the Kim Kardashian comparisons because I love her as a woman." Pamplona’s boyfriend who past away in 2015 while on his deathbed expressed his wishes for her to look more like a Barbie doll. Which only fueled her to continue to alter her body.
