112-Year-Old Woman Credits Longevity to Nightly Dram of Single Malt Whiskey

The oldest woman in Great Britain is revealing what keeps her going after 112 years. Grace “Amazing Grace” Jones was born in Liverpool in 1906 and has lived through both world wars, 26 prime ministers and was born only five years after the death of Queen Victoria.

Jones has seen all of these historical happenings because of her love of whiskey.  Jones drinks a little Famous Grouse Single Malt Whiskey every night before bed and has been doing so since 1956.

“I’ve been having it every night for the last 60 years and I certainly have no intention of stopping now. My doctor said, ‘keep up with the whisky Grace, it’s good for your heart’.”  Said Jones.
