Hundreds Of Teens Throw Party In For-Sale Home While Owners Are At Dinner

Someone needs to explain to teenagers that a 'for sale' sign in a front yard doesn't mean a home is abandoned, and it definitely doesn't mean you can invite a few hundred of your closest friends over for a party.

Mike Cox and his wife went to dinner on Saturday night and came home (to their house that was on the market) to find a hundreds of teenagers throwing a rager. We're talking beer cans in the light fixtures, champagne on the ceiling rager. The poor dogs who live there are even traumatized.

“There’s video of 5, 6 kids on top of this counter top, squirting champagne all over my house,” he said. “My wife was in tears. It was devastating.” (NY Post)

Some of the teens have since been arrested and face serious charges of burglarizing and underage drinking. The house had to be pulled off the market so it could be cleaned (CHAMPAGNE ON THE CEILING, YOU GUYS) and tens of thousands of dollars in damage repaired.

Kids, man.
