Someone Was Shot for Trespassing at DaBaby's North Carolina Home

Someone was shot Wednesday night at DABABY's home in Troutman, North Carolina. DaBaby was home at the time, but there's no word yet if he was the shooter. There was another person with him at the time.

The shooting occurred on a football field on the property, and the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Someone called 911 and confessed to shooting the person in the leg. He said the victim was trespassing.

Police say the victim was NOT a guest, and probably scaled a fence to get onto the property.

WSOC-TV has the 911 audio, and the caller says, quote, "He's trespassing on my property, he called me by my name. I don't know what he's here for. What he's here to take. What he's here to do. He's neutralized until you guys get here."

No one was arrested, but police did take a gun from the property. There's no word yet on any possible charges.

A Man Got Two Years in Prison for Stealing 63 Golf Carts in the Seven States

Can you imagine being an FBI agent, and spending a few years as the lead investigator looking into a GOLF CART-STEALING OPERATION?

A 45-year-old man from Florida named Nathan Nelson was just sentenced to two years in federal prison . . . for stealing at least 63 golf carts in seven states worth at least $283,500.

According to investigators, Nathan would steal carts from rural Midwestern golf courses, usually in pairs, and usually at night. He'd use a universal key . . . and then just drive them off the property to a getaway vehicle, like a moving truck.

He'd then sell the stolen golf carts on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace under the alias "Mason Weber," at a cost of about $2,500 each. The actual value of the average cart he stole was more than $5,000.

The operation dates back to at least 2017, and he continued to do it until he was arrested in June of 2020. The FBI was involved because it qualified as interstate transportation of stolen property.
