If you live in the Sacramento, California area you may be able to get a taste of Taco Bell’s new Cantina Crispy Chicken Tortada that is currently being tested. What is it? Think a torta sandwich – except it’s in a grilled tortilla – and stuffed with chicken marinated in Jalapeno buttermilk and spices before being rolled up in a tortilla chip coating and topped off with shredded lettuce, shredded real cheddar cheese, sauce, and diced tomatoes. It’s available as a test item for a limited time for anywhere from $4.29 to $4.99, depending upon the actual location.

Popeye’s Fish Sandwich Returns…With An Upgrade

Popeye’s Fish Sandwich is showing back up on menus just in time for the Lenten season in an upgraded form. Popeye’s went to the streets of New York City to solicit responses from people on the street and got some very telling feedback that was very positive.

The new and improved sandwich has four ingredients: a flounder fish filet, pickles, and mayo served on a brioche bun…and you can get it in classic or spicy. It’s available now but only for a limited time.
