Foo, GnR, Kiss, Korn, Pumpkins, and More Join Welcome To Rockville Lineup
The lineup is coming together for next year’s Welcome To Rockville festival. Along with previously announced headliners Guns N’ Roses, Foo Fighters, KISS, and Korn, even more, big rock names have been added to the bill.
Smashing Pumpkins, Megadeth, Jane’s Addiction, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Bush, Seether, Mammoth WVH, and more will perform at the festival. It’s safe to say Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale is psyched to be included in such a stacked lineup, saying, “OMG… is this real life?”

Six in 10 Adults Think They Were Born in the Wrong Era Because of Their Music Taste
A recent survey of 2,000 adults found that six in 10 think they were born in the wrong era because of their music taste. This includes 80% of Gen Z. (Gen Z are those born between 1997 and 2012.)
Six in 10 also said they discover new music from movies or TV shows, including"Guardians of the Galaxy". . ." The Umbrella Academy". . ." Bohemian Rhapsody". . . and"Ted Lasso."
Songs that are over ten years old that are being rediscovered include: "A Song for Mama" by boyz II Men. . ." Poker Face" by lady Gaga. . ." Jump"by Vann Halen. . . and"Stayin' Alive" by theBee Gees.

"Fill My World" by Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators was written from the perspective of Myles' Shih Tzu.
Myles wrote it after seeing how scared his dog was during a storm.

If you didn't know, the 1976 hit song "Shannon" was about a dog, Beach Boy Carl Wilson's dog, who had been hit by a car.
Singer-songwriter Henry Gross, who also had a dog named Shannon, was visiting Carl's house and heard the story about his Shannon, then wrote the song that went to number six.
