Connecticut State Police are trying to use a murder victim's Fitbit to prove their case against the man they say killed her.
40-year-old Richard Dabate is charged with the shooting death of his wife Connie in 2015. According to court documents, he told police a masked intruder broke into their home and shot Connie, but investigators say data from the Fitbit tracker she was wearing contradict Richard's statements.
