Keith Ostfeld aka Mr. O, the resident Mad Scientist at the Children’s Museum of Houston, returns to talk about how they transformed one of the best destinations for families into the Monster Museum of Houston. It’s the best place to celebrate Halloween with kids and you should all wear your costumes when you go. We talk about building great monsters and how it’s the same methodology they use to build great exhibits: with an eye to teaching through fun. And because Keith and I love a lot of the same things (space, computers, techy stuff), we go on a few entertaining tangents, including one to talk about the great new film Gravity.

And don’t forget that no matter what time of the year it may be, every Thursday is Free Family Night from 5 - 8 p.m.
