3 Things You Must See: A Guy Tweets That He'd Rather Drink Pee Than......

A Guy Tweets That He'd Rather Drink Pee Than Vita Coco's Coconut Water . . . so They Post a Picture of a Jar of Fresh Pee for Him?

Brands have done some pretty weird stuff on social media in the past few years . . . but I'm not sure it has EVER gotten as weird as this.

A writer named Tony Posnanski has been in a Twitter battle with the coconut water brand Vita Coco for the past week because he HATES coconut water.

And yesterday morning, after Vita Coco offered to send him some free coconut water to change his mind, he tweeted, quote, "[Eff] that . . . I would rather drink your social media person's [pee] than coconut water."

So Vita Coco obliged.

About an hour later, they tweeted a picture of a female employee in the bathroom holding a jar of fresh pee. SERIOUSLY.

That's either the most badass Twitter stunt any brand has ever done or they're going to be out of business in a few months. And I'm genuinely not sure which. For what it's worth, even Tony said it was a good comeback and admitted defeat.

A Guy Made an Engagement Ring out of His Own Hair . . . Is That Romantic, Cheap, or Gross?

She wrote, quote, "He proposed with a ring made from a lock of his own hair. This is a placeholder until my more intricately woven band is done."

So is that romantic . . . cheap . . . or gross? Well, based on the comments online, romantic is NOT getting a lot of votes. Cheap, gross, and cheap AND gross seem to be the much more common responses.

A Helicopter Crashed Into the Hudson River, and the Pilot Survived

A helicopter crashed into the Hudson River yesterday and, fortunately, the pilot only suffered minor injuries. Somebody shot video of it wobbling and then turning sideways, and dropping into the water.

According to one report, the helicopter was coming in for a landing and fell short of the pad.

Did This Sloth Wave Back at the Guy Who Rescued It?

Somebody shot video of a guy rescuing a sloth that was in the middle of a highway. He carries it to a tree and it hangs on tight. And then the guy waves as he leaves . . . and it looks like the sloth waves back.
